A Foundation built on friendship…

“We don’t play in the big leagues of fundraising organizations.  We never call on the phone at dinner time, we don’t use television or radio to ask strangers for money.  We don’t have to.  We have our friends, who tell their friends, who tell their friends…”

The great things that have been accomplished over the years are the result of an inspiring phenomenon that we have watched grow in size from the first time Patricia Moody told a friend about her dream.  By ones and two’s and then tens and twenties and now by the hundreds people have responded by saying: “What can I do to help?”

As we measure this milestone we are humbled by the support and generosity of so many people.  The Annual Sunset Sneakers Ball and Golf Invitational has grown each year and we meet so many new people who put time and energy into making Moody Manor such a success.

As we look ahead we see much work to be done.  There are still so many Brain Injury Survivors who could benefit from what Moody Manor has to offer.

With your continued help – the next decade will bring this level of care and dignity to many more people who so desperately need to smile like the residents of Moody Manor do so often.
